Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the almond milk, chocolate chips and chocolate protein powder over medium heat. Whisk to fully incorporate. When steaming, remove from heat.
  2. Using a small mason jar and a hand mixer with one beater, whip up the heavy cream until firm but not stiff peaks form. Incorporate a tiny amount of your favorite sweetener to make the whipped cream slightly sweet.
  3. Using a pair of spoons, scoop out the whipped cream with one spoon, and shaping into a quenelle. Gently slide the whipped cream quenelles into the hot chocolate and dust with cocoa powder. Serve
