Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Bring a pot with 1¾ cup water to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and add the Lupin. Stir well to combine, cover, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the lid and cook for 1 minute longer. Fluff with a fork and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Add the cooled lupin to a food processor with the remaining ingredients, minus the parsley. Process, scraping down the sides if needed, until very smooth -- about 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, and set in the fridge to cool.
  3. To serve, drizzle the dip with more tahini, a drizzle of olive oil, chilies, and fresh parsley. Serve with fresh chopped vegetables.
