Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats
Come this time of year, I think we could all use a little something that feels like summer, right? Longer days and warmer weather are coming, so let's channel it with these Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats!
Y'all are always asking me for more high-protein breakfast ideas, and for those of you who are on-the-go in the morning, these will be your new staple.
Mix them all up, and let the fridge do the work for an easy, meal prep breakfast you'll want to make again and again!
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Rolled Oats
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Chia Seeds
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder - Be Well by Kelly, or Equip strawberry protein powder
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Milk, of choice
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Strawberries, diced
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Pure Maple Syrup, or honey, to taste (optional)

- Store in the fridge overnight to thicken, or for at least 4 hours.
