Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats
Come this time of year, I think we could all use a little something that feels like summer, right? Longer days and warmer weather are coming, so let's channel it with these Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats!
Y'all are always asking me for more high-protein breakfast ideas, and for those of you who are on-the-go in the morning, these will be your new staple.
Mix them all up, and let the fridge do the work for an easy, meal prep breakfast you'll want to make again and again!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Oats, Rolled
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Milk, of choice

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Strawberries, diced, more if desired
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup, or honey, to taste (optional)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add all of the ingredients besides strawberries to a bowl, and mix well to combine.
- To two jars, add oat mixture, filling about half way. Add a few tbsp of chopped strawberries. Divide and layer the rest of the oat mixture between the two jars, and top with remaining strawberries.
- Store in the fridge overnight to thicken, or for at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
