Strawberry Chocolate Chip Shake
This shake is super easy and can be made in a matter of minutes. The base is coconut milk so it lends a super creamy and rich base without being as heavy as ice cream. The chia thickens the shake and the chocolate and strawberry add sweetness and flavor.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Coconut Milk, Full Fat
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Strawberries, sliced
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips, mini
- 6 whole6 whole6 whole Ice Cubes

Notes
The strawberry and chocolate chips act as the sweetener in this beverage. Feel free to add any honey, maple or stevia if it is not sweet enough.
