These strawberry dessert tacos are the perfect, refreshing no bake treat to make as the weather warms up. A soft pizzelle, filled with either yogurt or mascarpone cream, topped with strawberries or chocolate chips for the ultimate sweet treat!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Take one Pizzelle and microwave for 24-40 seconds. While still warm and soft, bend into a taco shell shape and place on a small plate.
  2. Dip edges of the Pizzelle in melted chocolate, then press on sprinkles. Let it set in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from the freezer, then pipe the inside of the Pizzelle with either yogurt of your choice, or a mascarpone cream (similar to tiramisu filling).
  4. Top with diced strawberries or chocolate chips and enjoy!

Notes

How to store: place in the fridge for up to two days.
