These strawberry protein pancakes are the easiest pancakes EVER! All you need are 4 ingredients and you will have the most delicious and extra moist pancakes for breakfast! Grab your favorite pancake mix or you can make your own if you want! Add an egg, Greek yogurt and organic strawberry jam to the mix and BAM, you have yourself the perfect breakfast stack!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Heat your skillet on medium heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add your pancake mix, Greek yogurt, egg and strawberry jam. Whisk together. Pour 1/4 C of batter over heated skillet and cook until the pancakes are a perfect golden brown.
  3. Drizzle in syrup and enjoy!

Notes

I used the buttermilk pancake mix from Trader Joe’s but you can use whatever mix you choose! I used the organic strawberry preserves from Trader Joe’s that has no added sugar. I used plain full fat Greek yogurt, but you can use flavored yogurt if you want!
