Strawberry Rhubarb French 75
A tart and slightly sweeter version of a classic French 75.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Gin, (1 1/2 oz)
- 2.5 Tbsp2.5 Tbsp2.5 Tbsp Strawberry Rhubarb Simple Syrup, (1 1/4 oz)
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Ice cubes
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Dry Sparkling Wine
- Strawberries, sliced (optional, for garnish)
Process

- In cocktail shaker, combine gin and syrup.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
- Strain into chilled Champagne flute and top with sparkling wine.
- Add sliced strawberry and then serve.
