Strawberry Shortcake Protein Bars (gf/vegan)
These grain-free Strawberry Shortcake Protein Bars are an easy no-bake treat that are gluten-free, vegan and high in plant based protein!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Flour
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vegan Protein Powder
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Unsweetened Cashew Butter
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Sugar-free Dark Chocolate Chips
- Freeze Dried Strawberriesfreeze dried strawberries

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Shape dough into small bars or press into a 9x5 pan.
- Freeze for 1 hour.
- Melt chocolate & cover each bar.
- Sprinkle with extra freeze dried strawberries.
