Super Juicy Turkey Burgers
Frustrated that every time you make chicken or turkey, it comes out dry? Well, I've created this simple super flavourful Turkey Burger Recipe that will not only melt in your mouth, but it will burst with tons of flavour.
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Turkey
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 - 2 whole1 - 2 whole1 - 2 whole Shallot
- 1 - 2 clove1 - 2 clove1 - 2 clove Garlic
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Parsley
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a bowl, add your turkey, mayo, dijon, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, black pepper, minced shallots and garlic.
- Give meat a good mix until combined.
- Do not over mix.
- This will result in tough chewy burgers.
- Divide evenly and form into a ball.
- Slightly press down to flatten, but keep patty thick.
- 1 lb of turkey + ingredients will get you 4 perfect burgers.
- Turn on your grill to HIGH heat, then reduce once grill is hot to medium heat.
- Season grill with onion to clean and add flavour (optional).
- Rub with a potato to create a non-stick grill (optional).
- Add your burger patties to the grill and close.
- Cook for 3-5 mins.
- Open and flip burgers.
- Cook for another 3-5 mins.
- With a thermometre, check the temperature.
- Once burgers reach 165F they’re done.
- If you want to add cheese, this is the time to add to patties, then close lid for 15-20 seconds.
- Open and cover burgers in heat safe container or will foil.
- This will lock in moisture.
- Assemble your Patty with all your desired toppings.
- Serve and enjoy!
