High Protein Mud Pies
This childhood classic dessert just got an upgrade because now it’s the perfect snack for your kids. Who doesn’t love dirt cake or mud pies, they are truly a perfect dessert. When you make them high protein, though, you have just made the perfect snack. Only for four ingredients, and they are truly incredible.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cottage Cheese
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Agave Nectar Syrup
- 4 - 6 whole4 - 6 whole4 - 6 whole Oreo, Original
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- First, blend your cottage cheese so that it is creamy. Take your Oreos and remove the inside cream. Add the middle of the Oreo to the cottage cheese, along with your protein powder and agave. Blend together.
- Pour into little cups. Your Oreos too tiny piece pieces so that they look like dirt. Top the pudding with the crushed Oreos. Add gummy worms if you want!
