High Protein Pizzas
These high protein, pizzas are the perfect lunch or dinner for your kids. They will have no idea that they’re packed with protein, and you are not giving them to them all the time.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Mozzarella, Shredded
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Himalayan Pink Salt

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Onion Powder

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Basil, Dried

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Oregano, Dried

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Marinara Sauce
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Mozzarella, Shredded

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients except the marinara sauce and 1/2 C of cheese.
- Stir together.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop out the dough onto parchment paper.
- Using a spoon, flatten the dough (like a crater). Top the middle with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Place in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Enjoy!
