Teriyaki Beef Bowls (Whole30)
These teriyaki beef bowls are made with ground beef and paired with cauliflower rice, fresh veggies and flavorful herbs. This recipe is gluten free, dairy free, paleo and whole30 approved.
Ingredients
Ground Beef
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb US Wellness Meats Ground Beef (85% Lean)
- 4 cloves4 cloves4 cloves Garlic, pressed
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ginger Root, grated
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Redmond Real Salt
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Soy-Free Teriyaki Sauce, (I used Primal Kitchen)
Bowls
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Cauliflower Rice (click for recipe), cooked and seasoned
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Carrots, peeled
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cucumber, sliced thin
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pickled Jalapeños
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cilantro
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Chives
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Sesame Seeds, for garnish

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Place ground beef in a large frying pan and cook over medium heat with garlic, ginger and salt.
- Once the ground beef is fully cooked, add in the teriyaki sauce and simmer until most of the moisture has evaporated.
- Assemble the bowls: add beef and cauliflower rice, then top with the remaining bowl ingredients.
Notes
Feel free to add more or less of each bowl ingredient and customize to your liking. This recipe is highly versatile!
