Teriyaki Salmon Bowls
One thing I love about there salmon bowls is they are ready in 25 minutes!!! Plus everyone devours them and it’s only 6 ingredients!
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb1.5 lb1.5 lb Salmon, Sockeye, Cut into steaks

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Teriyaki Sauce, Your favorite brand
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups White Rice Flour

- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Broccoli, Florets
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Edamame (Soybeans)
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Avocado

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1. On a sheet pan place salmon fillets and broccoli. Spray with a little cooking spray and season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Drizzle teriyaki sauce on the salmon filets and baked in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes
- 3. While the salmon cooks, cook your rice on the stove and slice your avocado.
- 4. Once the salmon is done assemble your bowls. Add your rice, salmon, broccoli, edamame and avocado to the bowl. You can top with more teriyaki, sesame seeds or some chili sauce.
Notes
Customize with your favorite sauces. You can also add cucumber or green beans to this dish.
