Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1. Take your chuck roast and coat with your honey mustard on both sides followed by your all rub. Season the meat generously.
- 2. In a pan (or your slow cooker if you have the setting) sear both sides of the meat.
- 3. In the slow cooker add your meat, bone broth, garlic chopped, bbq sauce and jelly.
- 4. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 8 hours.
- I also like using an instant pot for this recipe.
- 1. Sear your meat in the instant pot.
- 2. Add your bone broth, garlic, bbq sauce and jelly.
- 3. Pressure cook for 50 minutes and let the pressure decompress on its own before opening.
Notes
1. If you like a sweet and spicy pull bbq you can add 1/4 cup of your favorite buffalo sauce. When making sliders I drain some of the juice place a god serving of meat on our slider buns, top with cheese and more bbq sauce. then I like to melt some butter with garlic and salt and pepper. Brush the butter mixture ontop of the slider buns and you have the most flavorful bbq beef sliders.
