The BEST Miso Garlic Vinaigrette (Edit recipe)

This miso vinaigrette, adapted from Baked by Melissa's miso dressing, is my all-time favorite salad dressing. It's so zippy and acidic, and bursting with flavor. I could honestly eat it by the spoonful. It's beautiful on just a bed of greens as a quick side salad, or with a fully composed salad with other veggies and protein. This dressing has gotten me to eat so many more greens because they're a vehicle to enjoying these flavors! Trust me, you'll want a batch in your fridge at all times.
