The BEST Miso Garlic Vinaigrette
This miso vinaigrette, adapted from Baked by Melissa's miso dressing, is my all-time favorite salad dressing. It's so zippy and acidic, and bursting with flavor. I could honestly eat it by the spoonful. It's beautiful on just a bed of greens as a quick side salad, or with a fully composed salad with other veggies and protein. This dressing has gotten me to eat so many more greens because they're a vehicle to enjoying these flavors! Trust me, you'll want a batch in your fridge at all times.

I make something almost identical to this and truly my go to dressing!! That nutritional yeast really ups the flavor!
it really does!! it adds that cheesy umami flavor that really takes it over the top!
Miso is such an underrated ingredient!! This sounds delish!!
agreed!! i bet you could replace the nutritional yeast with parmesan and decrease the salt a little for an equally tasty result!
What a gorgeous salad. I think I’d eat that dressing with just a spoon.
