The Pina Colada Smoothie
This Pina Colada smoothie is the perfect smoothie for anyone! While I made it for my 9 month old, this is honestly a delicious smoothie for just about anyone! It’s so good, super nutritious and very healthy!
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pineapple
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Medjool Dates
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Frozen Cauliflower Rice
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Raw Cashews
- 2 - 3 fl oz2 - 3 fl oz2 - 3 fl oz Coconut Milk, Full fat
- 2 fl oz2 fl oz2 fl oz Ice Water
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Put everything in your blender and mix it all together. Pour into your babies bottle or a cup, and let them enjoy!
- This will make roughly 8 oz or enough for two bottles. Our 9 month old will drink both bottles within an hour of each other!
Notes
Pineapple contains nutrients and beneficial compounds, such as vitamin C, manganese, and enzymes. Coconut milk is a great source of vitamin D, B12 and Calcium. Cashews are an excellent source of Vitamin K, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, and manganese and a good source of zinc and iron. Dates are a good source of fiber, potassium, magnesium, and iron. Also, dates supply six essential B vitamins, including folate and pantothenic acid. Cauliflower is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C, folate, and vitamin K.
