Trail Mix S’mores Cookie (Edit recipe)

When you think about food that you eat camping, two things to come to our trail mix and s’mores! Why not combine both of those and make the perfect cookie for that late afternoon or maybe your camping trip that you are about to go on this cookie recipe is the perfect, outdoor camping style cooking anyone could ask for! Oh, the cookie itself is gluten and dairy free, but the toppings inside are all up to you! They are stuffed with marshmallows making them the perfect cookie!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat your oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add all of your dry ingredients first. Whisk together. Then add the nut butter, eggs, and almond milk. Whisk together until your cookie dough forms.
  3. Fold in your m&ms, Walnuts, chocolate chips, and graham crackers. Mix until all of the toppings are combined in the cookie dough.
  4. Roll dough into cookie dough, balls. Place on parchment paper.. Using your thumb, press into the middle of the cookie dough and place half of a marshmallow in the thumbprint. Form the cookie dough around the marshmallows, so it’s covered.
  5. Bake cooked for 12-15 minutes. Top with sea salt (optional.). Enjoy!
