Tuna Lettuce Wraps
A quick, easy, and healthy protein-packed lunch! These tuna lettuce wraps are super easy to whip up, plus with the addition of our Cucumber Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, you get an added layer of bright flavor. Ingredients
- 10 oz10 oz10 oz Canned Tuna, 2 cans, drained
- 1/2 whole1/2 whole1/2 whole English Cucumber, finely diced
- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Celery, 2 ribs, finely diced
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Shallot, finely diced
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Kosterina
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cucumber Lemon Balsamic Vinegar - Kosterina
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp fresh Dill
- 8-10 pieces8-10 pieces8-10 pieces Romaine Lettuce, can sub butter lettuce
- Parsley, extra, for garnish

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- To a large bowl, add the tuna, cucumber, celery, shallot, Kosterina Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kosterina Cucumber Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, dijon mustard, sea salt, garlic powder, black pepper, parsley, and dill. Mix until completely combined.
- Scoop into lettuce leaves.
- If desired, top with another drizzle of Kosterina Original Olive Oil and some extra parsley and dill for garnish.
