Stop buying store bought candy!! This Twix protein fudge has all the delicious flavors of a traditional Twix bar - but with the texture of fudge! Made with an extra protein boost and simple, wholesome ingredients, you’ll never need to buy store-bought again!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, peanut butter and maple syrup.
  2. Either press dough into mold of choice or press into a lined 9x5 pan.
  3. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter and maple syrup.
  5. Smooth over dough.
  6. Melt together chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  7. Pour melted chocolate over caramel layer.
  8. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  9. Chill until firm, then slice into squares or remove from mold.
