Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. If using tart cherry concentrate, fill a medicine dropper with tart cherry juice concentrate and fill a “vampire blood” resealable drink pouch (can purchase in 4-packs at Dollar Tree or online) with 1 Tbsp concentrate (will need to refill medicine dropper several times). Repeat with remaining pouches. *See Notes section below for other options.*
  2. Carefully and slowly fill each pouch with 8-9oz water from a water bottle, or you can use a narrow funnel or wider medicine dropper for this step. Seal pouches tightly with caps.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

*If you cannot find tart cherry concentrate, it’s available online; you want montmorency tart cherry concentrate. You can also substitute cherry juice, cranberry juice or pomegranate juice. Since these types of juices are not a thick, syrupy-like consistency, you will use more juice per pouch than 1 Tbsp each. Either fill each pouch entirely with regular red juice of choice or fill halfway with red juice and then fill the rest of each pouch with water.* **If using tart cherry concentrate and making for kids, use 1 Tbsp concentrate per pouch. If making for an adult, use 2 Tbsp per pouch.**
