Vegan Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce
This vegan cauliflower alfredo sauce is ultra creamy and rich, you wouldn’t believe its made from just a handful of good for you ingredients! It’s the perfect vegan alternative to regular alfredo sauce that’s both healthy and delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Cauliflower, florets, steamed
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Cashews, Raw
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Water
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Black Pepper
- Pasta, (of choice)
Process
