Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 375F and grease a 6 donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients except sprinkles.
  3. In another bowl, stir together wet ingredients until fully combined.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until just combined (do not overmix!) Gently fold in sprinkles.
  5. Gently fold in sprinkles.
  6. Spoon mixture into a piping bag or large ziploc bag and cut a hole in the corner. Pipe batter into your donut moulds, filling each 3/4 of the way full.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow donuts to cool completely before frosting.
  8. For the glaze: mix together all the ingredients in a shallow bowl until smooth and silky. Dip cooled donuts into the glaze and top with extra sprinkles. Place on a cooling rack for about 20 minutes to allow glaze to set. Enjoy!

Notes

You can substitute any other nut milk for almond milk. If you don’t have apple cider vinegar, feel free to substitute regular vinegar.
