Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 425 Degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. To make your dough, add almond milk, orange juice, and vegan butter to a bowl. Microwave for 1 minute then stir together.
  3. Add the rest of the dough ingredients and stir together with a spoon just until a dough starts to form.
  4. Use your hand to form the dough into a ball, then knead for 1-2 minutes, adding small amounts of additional flour (1-2 tbsp) if needed to make not sticky.
  5. Roll dough out in 5x12inch rectangle on floured surface.
  6. Now create your filling by adding all the ingredients to a small bowl and beating together until a spread forms.
  7. Spread the filling evenly on top of the flattened dough.
  8. Roll up the dough into a giant spiral, using a typewriter motion with your fingers to ensure even rolling. Use dental floss or a sharp knife to cut 12 cinnamon rolls.
  9. Place rolls in greased skillet. Bake at 425 Degrees F for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 Degrees F for 15 more minutes.
  10. As the rolls cook, create your icing by beating together all icing ingredients in a small bowl.
  11. Pour your icing over hot rolls then let cool for 10+ minutes before enjoying!
