- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup

- Crush 2 weetbix into a jar or bowl.
- Add 1/3 cup milk and 1 tsp pure maple syrup. Mix until combined and press down to form a base layer.
- In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup vanilla yoghurt with 1 tsp cocoa powder.
- Spoon the yoghurt mixture over the weetbix base.
- Break up 1/2 piece of shredded wheat, mix with pistachio cream and spread it over the yoghurt layer
- In a separate bowl, mix 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp hot water and 1 tsp maple syrup until smooth.
- Pour the ganache over the pistachio layer.
- Chill in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight before serving.
