There is nothing more comforting than a bowl of chicken noodle soup. Whether you’re sick, or craving something that reminds you of home, it’s the perfect meal anytime of day. That’s why I eat this Whole30 chicken zoodle soup all the time! It’s supports my mind and body and comforts me from the inside out.

  1. Bring 1-2 cups of bone broth to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, add the zoodles, chicken and avocado.
  3. When the bone broth begins to boil, remove it from the heat and pour it into the bowl over the zoodles, chicken and avocado.
  4. Enjoy!
