Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a food processor add the granola and pulse until a dough forms.
  2. Add the nut butter and combine.
  3. Remove the dough and take 1 Tbsp. of dough and roll it in the palm of your hands into a ball.
  4. Roll the ball in the shredded coconut and set aside, repeat until all the dough is used.
  5. If drizzling with chocolate: in a bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave for 1 minute until the chocolate melts.
  6. Use a spoon to drizzle over the balls!
  7. Enjoy!!!
