If you have leftover strawberries from the week that aren’t very good to eat but you also could still use them, make this yogurt bark! It’s so yummy! It’s a perfect high protein snack for your kids that sort of taste like ice cream in a way, so they may think it’s dessert. But really, it’s a sweet, healthy treat!

  1. On a piece of parchment paper, spread the yogurt around evenly!
  2. In a mixing bowl, add strawberries and vanilla extract. Smash and stir together. Pour over yogurt mixture. Top with hemp seeds.
  3. Place in the freezer to 2-3 hours to let it harden. Once it’s ready, break and enjoy!

Notes

You could swap out the strawberries with any of the following to make a delicious treat: Banana, Blueberries, Peaches, Pineapple and more. You can also add a swirl of peanut butter on top of this back if you wanted!
