Almond Pecan Clusters
If you like Costco's Almond Pecan Clusters, you've got to try my copycat version. They are so easy to make and only have one sweetener (honey) vs. the 3 that you’d find in the store bought version.
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pecans
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Slivered Almonds (Blanched)
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Honey
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt

- Mix everything together in a bowl and spread on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 325 for 15-20 min. Let sit for 20 min to harden and then break into pieces.
