There’s nothing scary about this bark - it’s dye free AND has a veggie you can’t taste! Ellie loves this and I love that there’s protein from the yogurt and a vibrant orange color from a carrot!

  1. Blend the yogurt and carrot together until smooth.
  2. Melt 1/3 cup white chocolate chips and stir in with the yogurt/carrot mixture.
  3. Pour on a small parchment paper lined baking sheet and top with dark chocolate chips.
  4. Freeze for an hour and then break into pieces. Store in the freezer.
