Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Sauté your peppers. onions, and mushrooms in avocado oil until Set aside
  2. -Thinly slice your steak, toss in the seasonings, and cook to desired doneness on preheated pan. This only took about 1-2 minutes per side since they're so thin
  3. -Meanwhile, have your oven preheated. Melt butter and brush the inside of your rolls. Place in oven for just 1-2 minutes
  4. -For the cheese you can place 5-6 slices in the pan and stir around until the vegetables and steak are all mixed together in the melted cheese
