- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Chickpeas
- 30 grams30 grams30 grams Dark Chocolate

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Rinse and drain chickpeas, and dry using a clean tea towel.
- Spread chickpeas evenly onto a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 mins or until crunchy.
- Break up chocolate into a small bowl and microwave for 20-30 secs (or until melted) *be careful not to microwave for too long, as chocolate will seize.
- Stir in the crispy chickpeas and coat evenly.
- Spread onto a baking sheet and place in fridge/freezer to set.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week
