easter charcuterie board
charcuterie boards are so yummy & so customizable. here are a couple inspirations for an easter board. deviled eggs are always a staple on mine!
Ingredients
deviled eggs
- 121212 Eggs
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, may sub primal kitchen mayo
- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Dairy-Free Buffalo Sauce - Primal Kitchen
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt and Pepper
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Smoked Paprika, for serving
french onion greek yogurt dip
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, or bacon grease
- 222 Onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Classic Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp White Miso Paste
- 111 French Onion Seasoning Mix - Primal Palate
- 111 Salt and Pepper
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- deviled eggs:
- in a large pot, bring water to a boil with eggs in it.
- once water is boiling, add lid to pot & turn off stove.
- let sit for 10 minutes.
- remove eggs from hot water into a ice water bath for 5 minutes..
- peel eggs, cut in half, then scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
- mix with greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, salt, & pepper into egg yolks.
- add yolk mixture into eggs.
- sprinkle deviled eggs with paprika.
- chill before serving.
- french onion greek yogurt dip:
- add butter or bacon grease to a large skillet over medium heat & melt.
- add onions to pan & cook until caramelized.
- add remaining ingredients, except greek yogurt.
- bring to a boil, then simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- remove from heat & let cool completely.
- once cool, mix in greek yogurt.
- serve with your favorite veggie, chip, or cracker.
- ideas for remaining charcuterie board:
- raw veggies - cucumber, radishes, etc.
- meats - salami, summer sausage, etc.
- cheese - gouda, pepper jack, etc.
- chips or crackers
- bacon wrapped dates
- deviled egg salad - same recipe as above, just in a salad
- cucumber + guacamole + shrimp bites
- prosciutto wrapped cantaloupe
