Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Bars!

These babies are soft, oooey gooey, chocolatey, and SO delicious!
They're the perfect in between of blondies & banana bread, are sweetened only with whole foods, and only require only 7 ingredients!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Banana, Spotty/brown
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Medjool Date Syrup, Or maple syrup
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Almond Flour
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine all ingredients together minus chocolate and combine until smooth
- Fold in half your chocolate gems
- Pour into 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper
- Bake at 325 for 25min
- Let cool completely before slicing and enjoy!
