Strawberry Cheesecake Bark
This strawberry cheesecake bark is high in protein, only has 4 ingredients, and lower in sugar but still packs a delicious punch.
If you don’t like cottage cheese, I can promise you won’t even know it’s in here!
Ingredients
- 5 whole5 whole5 whole Strawberries
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Organic Cottage Cheese
- 2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Honey Cinnamon Sweet Thins (Simple Mills), or graham crackers, crushed
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Blend the first three ingredients together until smooth.
- Once blended, spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top.
- Freeze for 3 hours before breaking apart. Store in freezer.
