Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease a bread loaf pan and set aside.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, add your eggs, sugar, oat milk and olive oil. With a fork, whisk together until it’s well blended. Then add in your almond flour, all purpose flour, baking powder and apple pie spice. Mix together.
- 3. Dice your apple into very small pieces. Add to batter and fold in. Pour batter into bread loaf pan. Place baking dish in the oven. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
- 4. Once the bread is out, add your oat milk, powdered sugar and cinnamon to a bowl. Mix together until the glaze is formed. Drizzle on top of bread.
- 5. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
Oil: You may substitute olive oil for coconut oil or avocado oil. Either one would work great and both are a healthy alternative. If you use olive oil, don’t use extra virgin. Sugar: You may use whatever sugar substitute you want here. Flour: If you wanted to replace the gluten free Al purpose flour with regular all purpose flour, it should be fine. You may have to adjust the milk ratio.
