Banana Yogurt Peanut Butter Bark
I'm putting my spin on the viral banana bark by using white chocolate instead of dark, and adding yogurt for some protein. These are truly a delight and are great for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients
- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Banana, cut into coins
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Peanut Butter, Salted

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Organic Vegan White Chocolate Bar - Pascha Chocolate Co., or 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Cut bananas into about 1/2 inch coins and lay flat on a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt your chocolate.
- Mix yogurt and peanut butter together and then add in the chocolate.
- Spread mixture over the bananas in an even layer and freeze for an hour. Break into pieces and enjoy!
- Store in freezer.
