Watermelon Pops
Summer is almost here and we’re rounding up our favorite warm weather recipes. We leveled up out refreshing watermelon with Memorial Day/Fourth of July vibes. My kids find every food is more fun on a pop stick and I love that their hands stay mess free.
Ingredients
- 111 Watermelon
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup White Chocolate, melted

- 3 pinch3 pinch3 pinch Red Food Color - Color Kitchen Foods

- 3 pinch3 pinch3 pinch Blue Food Color - Color Kitchen Foods

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Blueberries
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Sprinkles
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Dried Cranberries, Organic

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1. On a cutting board, slice the watermelon in half. Take one half and slice a 1/2 inch - 1 inch circle all around to make a flat piece of watermelon. Cut this in half both ways so you have 4 even triangles. Cut a little slice in the bottom and slide in a popsicle stick.
- 2. Decorate your watermelon pops to your liking, and freeze for 10 minutes to set the chocolate or longer if you like your treats frozen. Enjoy!
