Banana Pudding Pie

Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Simply Delish Natural Instant Vanilla Pudding, (1 packet)
- 111 Gluten-Free Pie Crust, Wholly Gluten Free
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Banana
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Almond Milk
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Coconut Whipped Topping (So Delicious CocoWhip), plus more for topping

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Bake the Wholly Gluten Free pie crust for 10 minutes at 350 degrees then allow to cool.
- Add the Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding Powder, Almond Milk, Coco Whip and 1 banana to a bowl and mix with a handheld mixer for 2 minutes.
- Once smooth, spread the mix onto the bottom of the cooled pie crust.
- Spread an additional 1 cup of Coco Whip on top of the filling.
- Add sliced bananas to the top of the pie.
- Enjoy!!
