Easy Granola Bars (gluten-free/high protein)
Skip the store and make your own granola bars at home!! Made with just 5 simple ingredients, these granola bars are gluten-free, high in protein and easily made vegan with just a few swaps! Keep them plain or add in additional ingredients such as chocolate chips, nuts or dried fruit.
Ingredients
- 2.5 cup2.5 cup2.5 cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Vanilla Protein Powder - Nuzest
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Honey

- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup 100% Unsweetened Chocolate

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- Add oats, protein, peanut butter, honey and eggs to a bowl. Stir to combine.
- Add in your additional ingredients such as chocolate chips, if using.
- Press mixture into prepared pan firmly.
- Bake for 18 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
Swap honey for maple syrup and use an egg replacer to make these granola bars vegan.
