Easy Olive Brine Dip
The perfect cold starter for any olive lover! You don't have to be a chef to make this recipe, it's easy to assemble with ingredients you can purchase.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Tzatziki (click for recipe), (I used homemade, but you can purchase at your local grocer)
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Kalamata Olives, I used Zoë Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Kalamata Olives, "BRINE" ONLY from jar/can of olives - I used Zoë Olive Oil
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, (I used Zoë Olive Oil)
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp dried Oregano, (I used Zoë Olive Oil)

- Begin by removing your Kalamata olives from the jar
- Slice your olives into rounds
- To a serving dish, add your Tzatziki and create a well in the center
- Place your olives into the well
- Dress the olives with additional olive brine, oregano, salt and extra virgin olive oil
- Serve with a baguette, your choice of cracker or loaf, etc and enjoy
