Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat your oven to 350.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add an all ingredients, except Oreos. Whisk together until your batter forms. Set aside!
  3. In a muffin pan, line it with six cupcake liners. Place the Oreo at the bottom of the cupcake liners. Poor pumpkin pie batter over Oreos muffin pan in the oven. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the pumpkin pie has set.
  4. Removed from the oven, let it cool and top with whipped cream. Enjoy.!
