Mixture or Chivda is a popular Diwali savory snack. It used to be sold at roadside food carts, usually in a paper cone made using newspapers. It's named 'Mixture' simply because it's a mix of various things. Traditionally made with nuts, lentils and lentil batter, it is like a a savory trail mix. We created a paleo /gluten free version using nuts, seeds, plantains and peas. It also has some unique ingredients in there like lotus seeds! This mixture is a riot of crunchy delicious  flavor in each bite! Relish it with a hot cup of chai and  don't blame us if you eat it by the spoonful's.
