Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Whisk dry ingredients together in one bowl
  2. Whisk wet ingredients together in another bowl, then combine the two
  3. Fold in chocolate chips
  4. Cover and refrigerate dough for 30min+
  5. Roll into ~2 tbsp balls, flatten to desired thickness (these won't spread much), and place naturally colored chocolate gems on top
  6. Bake at 350 for 10-12 min
  7. Allow to cool on baking sheet for 5min, then transfer to wire cooling rack until completely cool
  8. Enjoy!
