Bone Broth Hot Chocolate (with homemade marshmallows)
I love a getting in some more protein and collagen (in the marshmallows too!), and while I was skeptical, I was definitely proven wrong! This drink is worth the hype and will definitely impress, it is so dreamy with the melty marshmallows.
It is loaded with collagen and amino acids that support gut health, skin, and joint repair. It also contains antioxidants from the cacao powder, making it the perfect indulgent and functional treat, perfect for cold weather!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Organic Coconut Milk - Thrive Market, or grass-fed milk
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Beef Bone Broth, I used kettle and fire
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cacao Powder, Raw
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Maple Syrup, Pure, add more if wanted
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Gems - Hu

- In a pot over medium heat, add all the ingredients and whisk
- Once combined, pour into mug with marshmallows and enjoy!!
Notes
here is my homemade marshmallow recipe! Chocolate: I opt for a chocolate sweetened with unrefined sugar; some I recommend are Hu chocolate, Just Date, and Oobli. I used Oobli for less sugar, use code “OLIVIA20” for 20% off
