These Crunchy Salmon Bites are my FAVORITE go to lunch when I have a teensy bit extra time but want to eat quick! My entire family loved these as well!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Set up all of your ingredients in an assembly line.
  2. Season all Salmon pieces with Salt and Black Pepper.
  3. Dip your Rice Paper wrapper into your bowl of warm water for about 10 seconds.
  4. Lay on flat surface and add Jalapeño Slices, Salmon, Avocado slice, cilantro and squeeze of lime - one on top of the other.
  5. Fold two sides of the rice paper wrapper inward then fold over the other ends on top of one another until wrapped tightly.
  6. Do this until all of the salmon are gone.
  7. Heat your Avocado Oil in your skillet over medium high heat.
  8. Once hot, place several pieces in the skillet for 3-4 minutes per side.
  9. Remove from skillet and place on paper towel lined plate.
  10. Next, mix together your sauce ingredients for dipping into a bowl.
  11. Dip each piece into the sauce and enjoy!!

Notes

*Play around with the ingredients you add to the center! Other thinly sliced vegetables and seasonings are so fun to try! *If your wrap seems to have a tough time staying closed, get a little warm water on your fingers to dab on the edges and seal them.
