Easy Chia Jam (Edit recipe)

This jam thickens up with the help of chia seeds! Chia seeds are high in soluble fiber, which has been shown to improve gut health.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add berries to a heavy pot and heat to medium-high heat
  2. Add coconut sugar and salt
  3. Simmer over heat for about 7-10 minutes or until berries have cooked down
  4. Turn heat to low and carefully mash berries with a potato masher
  5. Add chia seeds and stir to combine
  6. Allow to simmer for another 5-7 minutes
  7. Allow to cool and store in fridge for up to one week
