Homemade Nutella
This easy homemade Nutella has only FOUR ingredients and is high in vitamin E (an antioxidant)!
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Hazelnut, raw
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Sugar
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cocoa Powder
- 0.125 tsp0.125 tsp0.125 tsp Sea Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Roast hazelnuts at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 7-8 minutes
- Allow to cool
- Using a kitchen towel, rub hazelnuts to remove skins
- Put hazelnuts and the rest of the ingredients in a food processor on the lowest speed until smooth (it will appear grainy for a bit, but that's normal! Keep going)
- Gradually increase speed when it begins to fold over on itself until smooth and shiny
- Enjoy!
