Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. first make superfood seafood cakes, by adding all ingredients to a bowl and combine.
  2. refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. using a ¼ cup, make 10 patties.
  4. heat a skillet to medium-high heat & add oil/butter to pan.
  5. fry patties for 3-5 minutes on each side or until crispy.
  6. to make crostini, option to first "toast" bread - my favorite way to toast my homemade bread is to add it to a skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
  7. then to each slice of bread, add apricot chia jam, superfood cake, goat cheese, some crispy prosciutto, & any herbs or seasoning.
