- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Honey

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Plant-Based Plain Yogurt

- After you slice your chicken into coin shapes, skewer each one onto a cake pop stick or skewer.
- Now prep your waffle batter.
- Add the almond milk, egg, oil, and syrup to a bowl.
- Whisk together then add the rest of the waffle batter ingredients and stir into a batter.
- Preheat a mini waffle iron.
- Place your skewered chicken into the waffle iron for 2-3 minutes, cooking the chicken until it gets golden waffle marks.
- Then pour some waffle batter onto each side of the chicken skewer and waffle again for 2 minutes, or until waffle batter is also cooked through and golden brown.
- Repeat with all skewers.
- Make your dipping sauce by whisking together your honey, syrup, mustard, and yogurt.
- Serve all together and enjoy!
