No artificial colors and no artificial flavor jello packets needed for this simple, fun, and kid friendly jello cups! With my favorite homemade protein whipped cream topping!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Whisk gelatin & 1/4 cup juice in a small bowl. After a couple minutes it will thicken
  2. Warm the rest of the juice on the stovetop on low-medium heat
  3. Once warm, add gelatin mixture and stir until dissolved
  4. Mix a tiny pinch of blue spirulina powder (or matcha powder) with a bit of water to fully dissolve. Gradually add to juice mixture until desired green shade is achieved
  5. Pour into jello cups, and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours
  6. For whipped cream- chill a mixing bowl, then use a hand or stand mixer to whip all ingredients together. If using a powered monkfruit you'll want to add 1-2 tbsp of the arrowroot or tapioca flour to help thicken it (powdered sugar already has this in it)
  7. It will take 5-8 minutes of whipping to fully whip. Don't give up! All of sudden it will thicken and be that perfect whipped cream texture!
  8. Top jello cups with whipped cream and dye free spineless and enjoy!

Notes

You will have extra whipped cream. Store in an airtight container and re-whip for a minute prior to using again
